Leadership Spotlight: Danielle Miner, CEO of Sunbelt Properties

Today, I wanted to highlight one of these gifted leaders - Danielle Miner. Danielle is CEO of our in-house property management team, Sunbelt Properties. Workforce multifamily property management is a really tough operating business to get right, is what differentiates great from lacklustre, and has driven the strength of the Ballast Rock Sunbelt Funds’ performance. Danielle has had a unique career that has included time as a Military Police Investigator and Security Specialist in the U.S. Army and as a police officer before moving into property management.
Danielle’s ability to manage her team of almost 85 individuals (at peak), across 5 States has been critical to delivering the success of our real estate funds. While internally we have recognized Danielle's talents for years, it was recently acknowledged externally.
