Davis Leath is based in Charleston, South Carolina, after joining the team in the fall of 2024. As an investment analyst, Davis conducts all initial review underwritings, in-depth market analyses for comparable asset pricing, market rents, economic and population analyses, and the research and development of marketing materials.

He is a native of Charleston and graduated from Dartmouth College in 2024 with a major in Economics and a minor in Art History. During his time at Dartmouth, Davis earned a concentration in macroeconomics and gained valuable experience through internships at several prominent investment funds across the US. Davis brings with him a strong analytical foundation and a passion for driving growth.
